Through the years, class skills have remain the same thus the gameplay became easy to predict specifically in PvM/PvP scenario. Thus, last October & December 2018, a massive class skill rebalances was introduced which includes 1st, 2nd and Transcendent class to improve and balance revo-classic gameplay.

Class Skill Changes
Magician Fire Bolt - Increases fixed casting time from 0.88 seconds to 1.2 seconds (on level 10).
- Reduces variable casting time from 3.52 seconds to 3.2 seconds (on level 10).
- Reduced delay after skill to 0.3 seconds.
Cold Bolt
Lightning Bolt
Thunderstorm - Reduces fixed casting time from 1.6 seconds to 1.5 seconds (on level 10).
- Reduces variable casting time from 6.4 seconds to 4.5 seconds (on level 10).
Fireball - Fixed casting time and variable casting time of level 1-5 is changed to be the same as level 6-10 (0.2/0.8 seconds respectively).
- Reduces delay after skill to 0.7 seconds on every skill level.
Soul Strike - Delay after skill is 1.4 seconds on every skill level (reduces from 2.5 seconds to 1.4 seconds on level 10).
Frost Diver - Reduces delay after skill from 1.5 seconds to 0.5 seconds.
Acolyte Blessing - Also increases Hit by 2 per skill level.
Increase Agility - Also increases attack speed (reduces delay after attack by 1%) per skill level.
Angelus - Also increases MaxHP by 50 per skill level.
Holy Light - Reduces fixed casting time and variable casting time by 50%.
Swordsman Magnum Break - Reduces delay after skill from 2 seconds to 0.5 seconds.
- Adds 2 seconds cooldown.
Merchant Crazy Uproar - Adds 0.5 seconds fixed casting time.
- Adds 1 second variable casting time.
- Changes skill mechanism, grants Str + 4 and Atk + 30 to the user and nearby party members.
- Adds 30 seconds cooldown.
Thief Double Attack - Enabled critical hit.
- Increases the chance to trigger (from 5% per skill level to 7% per skill level).
Class Skill Changes
Knight Bowling Bash - Changes skill mechanism where skill deal 2 hits damage to enemy in 5x5 cells and knock them back.
- If user equips two-handed sword, number of hit depends on number of target.
      -- 1 target : 2 hits.
      -- 2~3 targets : 3 hits.
      -- 4 targets or higher : 4 hits.
- Reduces delay after skill.
- Adds 1 second cooldown.
Brandish Spear - Changes damage type to become long ranged physical damage.
- Changes damage formula, damage is increased depends on user's Str. New damage formula : (400 + (100 x skill level))%Atk
- Reduces casting delay.
- Adds 0.5 seconds delay after skill.
- Adds 1 second cooldown.
- Increases SP consumption to 24.
Two-handed Quicken - Increases attack speed (reduces delay after attack by 10%).
- Also increases Cri and Hit per skill level, Cri + (2 + skill level) and Hit + (2 x skill level).
Charge Attack - Removes fixed casting time and variable casting time.
- Adds 0.5 seconds cooldown.
Blacksmith Adrenaline Rush - Increases attack speed (reduces delay after attack by 10%).
- Also increases Hit per skill level, Hit + (5 + (3 x skill level)).
Power Thrust - Weapon destruction chance is removed.
- Increases bonus damage on party members. 5% (level 1~2), 10% (level 3~4), 15% (level 5).
Assassin Sonic Blow - Removes attack motion.
- Improves damage formula, the skill will deal more damage against target who has HP lower than 50% by 50%. New damage formula: (200 + (100 x skill level))%Atk
- Adds 1 second cooldown.
Venom Splasher - Reduces cooldown from 12 seconds to 10 seconds.
- Removes red gemstone consumption.
- Greatly increases damage. New damage formula: (400 + (100 x skill level))%Atk
Wizard Lord of Vermilion - Reduces fixed casting time from 1.68 seconds to 1.5 seconds (on level 10).
- Reduces variable casting time from 6.72 seconds to 4.5 seconds (on level 10).
- Reduces delay after skill from 5 seconds to 1 second.
- Adds 5 seconds cooldown.
- Changes skill mechanism, damage display is changed from 4 bundles of 10 hits attack to 1 bundle of 20 hits attack.
- Slightly increases damage. New damage formula : (400 + (100 x skill level))%Matk
Meteor Storm - Reduces fixed casting time from 2.4 seconds to 1.5 seconds (on level 10).
- Reduces variable casting time from 9.6 seconds to 6.3 seconds (on level 10).
- Reduces delay after skill from 7 seconds to 1 second.
- Adds 7 seconds cooldown.
Storm Gust - Reduces fixed casting time from 2.4 seconds to 1.5 seconds (on level 10).
- Reduces variable casting time from 9.6 seconds to 6.3 seconds (on level 10).
- Reduces delay after skill from 5 seconds to 1 second.
- Adds 6 seconds cooldown.
Jupitel Thunder - Reduces fixed casting time from 1.12 seconds to 0.5 seconds (on level 10).
- Reduces variable casting time from 4.48 seconds to 3.8 seconds (on level 10).
Earth Spike - Increases fixed casting time from 0.56 seconds to 1.2 seconds (on level 5).
- Increases variable casting time from 2.24 seconds to 3.2 seconds (on level 5).
- Reduces delay after skill from 1.8 seconds to 1.4 seconds.
- Increases damage from 100% to 200% per hit.
Heaven's Drive - Increases fixed casting time from 0.64 seconds to 0.8 seconds (on level 5).
- Reduces variable casting time from 3.2 seconds to 1.9 seconds (on level 5).
- Reduces delay after skill from 1 second to 0.5 seconds.
- Adds 1 second cooldown.
Priest Magnus Exorcismus - Reduces fixed casting time from 3 seconds to 1 second.
- Reduces variable casting time from 12 seconds to 4 seconds.
- Reduces delay after skill from 1.5 seconds to 1 second.
- Adds 6 seconds cooldown.
- Changes to deal damage to all race enemies.
- Deals 130%Matk per hit (up from 100%Matk) to demon race / undead race / shadow property / undead property enemies.
Mace Mastery - Increases Critical per skill level, Critical + (skill level).
Suffragium - Changes skill mechanism.
- Reduces variable casting time without limit count of the user and nearby party members for 60 seconds. Variable casting time reduction: (5 + (5 x skill level))%
- Adds 0.5 seconds fixed casting time.
- Adds 1 second variable casting time.
- Reduces delay after skill from 2 seconds to 1 second.
- Adds 30 seconds cooldown.
Impositio Manus - Changes skill mechanism.
- Increases Atk and Matk to the user and nearby party members for 120 seconds. Atk and Matk bonus: (5 x skill level)
- Adds 0.5 seconds fixed casting time.
- Adds 1 second variable casting time.
- Reduces delay after skill from 3 seconds to 1 second.
- Adds 30 seconds cooldown.
Hunter Land Mine - Reduces fixed casting time from 1 second to 0.3 second.
- Adds 0.5 seconds variable casting time.

Blitz Beat - Changes damage formula factor to depends on Agi and Dex.
- Auto Blitz Beat no longer split damage among multiple targets.
Crusader Grand Cross - Reduces fixed casting time from 1.5 second to 0.5 second.
- Reduces variable casting time from 1.5 second to 1 second.
- Reduces delay after skill from 1.5 second to 0.5 second.
- Adds 1 seconds cooldown.
- Self damage is removed (HP cost on casting still remains).
Shield Boomerang - Changes damage formula. New damage formula: (80 x skill level)%Atk
Spear Quicken - Increases attack speed (reduces delay after attack by 10%).
Alchemist Demonstration - Increases the chance to destroy target's weapon.
- Changes damage type from special melee physical damage to normal melee physical damage.
- Deals additional damage depends on skill level of Potion Research.
- Changes damage formula.
Acid Terror - Increases the chance to destroy target's armor.
- Changes damage type from special long ranged physical damage to normal long ranged physical damage.
- Changes damage formula. New damage formula: (200 x skill level)%Atk
- Deals additional damage depends on skill level of Potion Research.
Rogue Sightless Mind - Reduces SP consumption to 15.
- Increases damage. New damage formula: (50 + (150 x skill level))%Atk
- When Sightless Mind hit target. Target will take more damage from all source by 30% for 10 seconds (15% on boss monsters).
Back Stab - Changes skill mechanism.
- Moves to target's back immediately and deals damage.
- Can't be used while under Hiding state.
- If user equips dagger, increases number of hit to twice.
- Increases skill accuracy depends on skill level.
- Adds 0.5 seconds cooldown.
Intimidate - Also increases attack speed (reduces delay after attack by 1%) per skill level.
Sage Deluge - Changes catalyst from Yellow Gemstone to Blue Gemstone.
- Volcano also increases Matk too.

Endow Tsunami - Reduces fixed casting time from 3 seconds to 1 second.
- Adds 1 second variable casting time.
- Changes catalyst to Indigo Point/Yellow Wish Point/Lime Green Point/Scarlet Point.
- Also increases correspond element magical damage by 1% per skill level.
- Removes skill failure.
- Changes duration of level 1-4.

Auto Spell - Level of triggered spell is the half of Hindsight level and no longer random skill level on triggered (But if triggered spell has lower level than the half of Hindsight level. Actual skill level will be triggered instead).
- Changes the trigger chance. trigger chance : (2 x skill level)%
- Type of added magic depends on Hindsight level is changed as below:
      -- Level 1-3: Fire Bolt/Cold Bolt/Lightning Bolt.
      -- Level 4-6: Soul Strike/Fire Ball.
      -- Level 7-9: Earth Spike/Frost Diver.
      -- Level 10: Thunderstorm/Heaven's Drive.
Monk - Adjusts size penalty of knuckle.
      -- Old: Small 100% / Medium 75% / Large 50%
      -- New: Small 100% / Medium 100% / Large 75%
Raging Trifecta Blow - Trigger chance is 30% on every skill level.
Chain Combo - If user equips knuckle, increases damage (doubles skill damage and increases number of hit from 4 hits to 6 hits) and reduces SP consumption.
Combo Finish - Changes damage formula, damage is increased depends on user's Str. New damage formula: (450 + (150 x skill level))%Atk
- Reduces SP consumption.
Asura Strike - When uses in combo, the skill can be used when there is 1 spirit sphere or more remains.
- Increases damage by 100% when there are 6 spirit sphere or more remains.
- Reduces SP recovery penalty duration from 10 seconds to 3 seconds.
Blade Stop - Effect duration is changed to 10 seconds.
- Can be used on boss monster but the duration is reduced to 2 seconds.
Investigate - Slightly increases damage.
- Deals additional damage by 50% when used on target that user caught with Blade Stop.
Finger Offensive - Consumes 1 spirit sphere regardless skill level.
- Slightly increases damage. New damage formula: (600 + (200 x skill level))%Atk
- Deals additional damage by 50% when used on target that user caught with Blade Stop.
Absorb Spirits - Reduces fixed casting time from 1 second to 0.5 second.
- Removes variable casting time.
Bard & Dancer Melody Strike - Reduces variable casting time from 1.5 second to 0.5 second.
- Adds 0.3 seconds delay after skill.
- Increases damage. New damage formula: (110 + (40 x skill level))%Atk x 2 hits.
Throw Arrow
Musical Lesson - Also increases attack speed (reduces delay after attack by 1%) and increases %MaxSP by 1% per skill level.
- No longer give bonus to song skills.
Dancing Lesson - Also increases Cri by 1 and increases %MaxSP by 1% per skill level.
- No longer give bonus to song skills.
Frost Joker - Adds 4 seconds cooldown.
- Reduces delay after skill from 4 second to 0.3 second.
Scream
Adaptation to Cirumstances - Changes skill mechanism.
- Reduces SP consumption of song skills by 20%.
- Adds 0.3 seconds delay after skill.
- Adds 300 seconds cooldown.
Encore - Adds 0.3 seconds delay after skill.
- Adds 10 seconds cooldown.
Dissonance - Deals neutral property magical damage to enemies within 9x9 cells around the user. Damage Formula: (100 + (10 x skill level))%Matk
- Increases damage depends on user's job level.
- Can be used in PVP environment maps only.
A Poem of Bragi - Changes skill mechanism.
- Reduces variable casting time and delay after skill of the user and nearby party members within 31x31 cells around the user.
- Reduces variable casting time by (2 x skill level)%.
- Reduces delay after skill by (3 x skill level)%.
Assassin Cross of Sunset - Changes skill mechanism.
- Increases attack speed (reduces delay after attack) of the user and nearby party members within 31x31 cells around the user.
- Increases attack speed (reduces delay after attack by ((-1) + (2 x skill level))%) on level 1~9, increases attack speed (reduces delay after attack by 20%) on level 10.
The Apple of Idun - Changes skill mechanism.
- Increases %MaxHP and incoming recovery rate of the user and nearby party members within 31x31 cells around the user.
- Increases MaxHP by (9 + (skill level))% on level 1~9, increases MaxHP by 20% on level 10.
- Increases incoming recovery rate by (2 x skill level)%.
A Whistle - Changes skill mechanism.
- Increases Flee and Perfect Dodge of the user and nearby party members within 31x31 cells around the user.
- Flee + (18 + (2 x skill level)) on level 1~9, Flee + 40 on level 10.
- Perfect Dodge + 1 (level 1~2), 2 (level 3~4), 3 (level 5~6), 4 (level 7~8), 5 (level 9~10).
Ugly Dance - Has a chance to drain SP of the enemies within 9x9 cells around the user. SP draining: (10 + (2 x skill level))%. Success chance : (20 + (5 x skill level))%
- Can be used in PvP/GvG environment maps only.
Please Don't Forget Me - Reduces attack speed and movement speed of enemies within 9x9 cells around the user. Attack speed reduction: (3 x skill level)%. Movement speed reduction : (2 x skill level)%
- The potency of skill depends on user's Agi and Dex.
- Can be used in PvP/GvG environment maps only.
Service for You - Changes skill mechanism.
- Increases %MaxSP and reduces SP consumption of the user and nearby party members within 31x31 cells around the user.
- Increases MaxSP by (9 + (skill level))% on level 1~9, increases MaxSP by 20% on level 10.
- Reduces SP consumption of skill by (5 + (1 x skill level))%.
Fortune's Kiss - Changes skill mechanism.
- Increases critical and %critical damage of the user and nearby party members within 31x31 cells around the user. Cri + (skill level).
- Increases critical damage by (2 x skill level)%.
Humming - Changes skill mechanism.
- Increases Hit of the user and nearby party members within 31x31 cells around the user. Hit + (4 x skill level).
Mr. Kim A Rich Man - Changes skill mechanism.
- Increases experience gained from killing monsters of the user and nearby party members within 31x31 cells around the user. Experience gained: (10 + (10 x skill level))%.
The Ring of Nibelungen - Changes skill mechanism.
- Grants random following buff to the user and nearby party members within 31x31 cells around the user with the following:
          --- Increases attack speed (reduces delay after attack by 20%)
          --- Atk + 20%
          --- Matk + 20%
          --- MaxHP + 30%
          --- MaxSP + 30%
          --- All Stat + 15

Invulnerable Siegfried - Changes skill mechanism.
- Grants damage reduction against earth, water, fire and wind property and increases resistance to blind, frozen, petrified, stun, curse, sleep, silence to the user and nearby party members within 31x31 cells around the user. Property resistance: (3 x skill level)%. Status resistance : (5 x skill level)%.
Into the Abyss - Changes skill mechanism.
- Grants the user and nearby party members within 31x31 cells around the user no longer consume gemstone.
Eternal Chaos - Changes skill mechanism.
- Reduces defense of enemies within 9x9 cells around the user to 0.
- Can be used in PvP/GvG environment maps only.
Loki's Veil - Changes skill mechanism.
- Inflicts confusion effect and curses all player (except users) within 9x9 cells around the user to unable to use skill.
- Can be used in PvP/GvG environment maps only.
Lullaby - Changes skill mechanism.
- Inflicts sleep to enemies within 9x9 cells around the user.
A Drum on the Battlefield - Changes skill mechanism.
- Increases Atk and Def of the user and nearby party members within 31x31 cells around the user. Atk + (15 + (5 x skill level)). Def + (15 x skill level).

Lord Knight Spiral Pierce - Reduces fixed casting time from 0.5 seconds to 0.3 seconds (on level 5).
- Reduces variable casting time from 0.5 seconds to 0.25 seconds (on level 5).
- Reduces delay after skill from 2 seconds to 1 second (on level 5).
- Damage compensation depends on target's size is increased.
- Changes damage formula. New damage formula: (150 + (50 x skill level))%Atk.
- Deals additional damage depends on user's base level.
Aura Blade Increases bonus flat damage depends on user's base level. Bonus flat damage: Base level x (3 + skill level).
Concentration - Skill effect still maintains when user's equipment is removed or replaced.
- Reduces bonus Atk. Atk + (5 + (2 x skill level))%.
- Reduces Def reduction penalty. Def - (5 + (2 x skill level))%.
- Increases duration from 45 seconds to 60 seconds on level 5.
Whitesmith Maximum Over Thrust - Weapon destruction chance is removed.
Assassin Cross Soul Breaker - Changes skill type.
          --- Before: Physical/magical hybrid special long ranged physical damage that ignores defense.
          --- After: Normal long ranged physical damage.
- Improves damage formula, adds 0.15 seconds cooldown, improves delay after skill to 2 seconds on every level, SP consumption is 20 on every level. New damage formula: (140 x skill level)%Atk. Damage will be increased depends on user's base level, str and int.
- Has a chance to trigger critical. Critical chance is the half of user's Cri.
Meteor Assault - Removes 0.5 seconds delay after skill.
- Adds 0.5 seconds cooldown.
- Changes damage formula, damage is increased depends on user's Str and base level. New damage formula: (200 + (120 x skill level))%.
Enchant Deadly Poison - Remove 50% damage penalty on Cross Impact, Counter Slash, Soul Destroyer and Sonic Blow.
- Removes 2 seconds delay after skill.
- Adds 2 seconds cooldown.
- Increases duration from 60 seconds to 120 seconds on level 5.
High Wizard Gravitational Field - Reduces fixed casting time from 5 seconds to 1 second.
- Adds 5 seconds variable casting time.
- Reduces delay after skill from 9 seconds to 1 second.
- Adds 5 seconds cooldown.
- Changes SP consumption on level 1-4.
- Changes damage type from fixed damage to neutral property magical damage. Damage formula: (50 x skill level)%Matk per hit. Number of hit : (8 + (2 x skill level).
- Deals additional damage depends on user's base level.
- Removes slow debuff inflicting effect.
- No longer consume Blue Gemstone.
Napalm Vulcan - Changes damage formula. New damage formula: (70 x skill level)%Matk per hit. Number of hit : skill level.
- Deals additional damage depends on user's base level.
- No longer split damage among multiple targets.
- Reduces delay after skill from 1 second to 0.5 seconds.
- Adds 1 second cooldown.
High Priest Basilica - Reduces fixed casting time from 9 seconds to 1 second (on level 5).
- Adds 3 seconds variable casting time.
- Reduces delay after skill from 6 seconds to 1 second (on level 5).
- Adds 30 seconds cooldown.
- Reduces SP consumption from 120 to 80 (on level 5).
- Changes skill mechanism.
- Increases holy property magical damage and increases physical damage against shadow and undead property monsters of the user for the duration. Magical damage bonus: (3 x skill level)%. Physical damage bonus: (5 x skill level)%.
Assumptio - Reduces delay after skill from 1.5 seconds to 0.5 seconds (on level 5).
- Changes skill mechanism.
- Increases target's HardDef and incoming heal effectiveness for the duration. HardDef bonus : (50 x skill level). Incoming heal effectiveness : (2 x skill level)%.
- The skill can be used with Kyrie Eleison.
Sniper Sharp Shooting - Reduces delay after skill from 2.5 seconds to 0.5 seconds.
- Reduces fixed casting time and variable casting time from 1 second to 0.5 seconds.
- Increases critical chance.
- Changes damage formula. New damage formula: (150 + (200 x skill level))%Atk.
- Deals additional damage depends on user's base level.
Falcon Assault - Changes damage formula.
Paladin Shield Chain - Increases range from 4 to 11 (on level 5).
- Changes damage formula. New damage formula: (300 + (200 x skill level))%Atk.
- Deals additional damage depends on user's base level.
Pressure - Removes SP draining on target.
- Changes damage type from fixed damage to holy property magical damage. Damage formula: (500 + (150 x skill level))%Matk.
- Deals additional damage depends on user's base level.
- Reduces variable casting time from 1.6 seconds to 1 second.
- Reduces delay after skill from 4 second to 1 second.
Professor Memorize - Reduces fixed casting time from 5 seconds to 2.5 seconds.
Health Conversion - Reduces delay after skill from 1.8 seconds to 0.5 seconds (on level 5).
Champion Dangerous Soul Collect - Reduces fixed casting time from 2 seconds to 1 second.
- Adds 1 second cooldown.
Palm Push Strike - Changes damage formula. New damage formula: (200 + (100 x skill level))%Atk.
- Deals additional damage depends on user's Str and base level.
Tiger Knuckle Fist - Changes damage formula. New damage formula: (500 + (150 x skill level))%Atk.
- Deals additional damage depends on user's base level.

- Adds 1.5 seconds cooldown.

Longing for Freedom - Changes skill name to "Skilled Special Singer"
- Changes skill mechanism.
